The Three-Year Operative Plan sets out the strategies that will guide the Authority’s actions over the next three years.

  • The port of La Spezia is expected to accelerate the PDP activities, for both the merchant port and the improvement of the port – city relationship, through the construction of the buffer zone;
  • At the port of Carrara, executive projects and works relating to the new waterfront and railway works are expected to begin.
