Dr. Mario Sommariva is the President of the Autorità di Sistema Portuale del Mar Ligure Orientale (Port System Authority of the Eastern Ligurian Sea) appointed by ministerial decree no. 602 of 29.12.2020.
Secretary General
Luigi Bosi is the Secretary General of the AdSP (Port System Authorityof the Eastern Ligurian Sea).

Management Committee
In accordance with Art. 11 of Legislative Decree 169/2016 (which amends Art. 9 of Law 84/94), the Management Committee is established as the governing body of the Port System Authority. The Board of Directors took office on 03/04/2017.
Maritime Resource Partnership Body
This body is chaired by the President of the Port System Authority. It includes the Harbour Master of the Harbour Master’s Office, representatives of the industries, operators referred to in Articles 16 and 18 of Law No. 84/94, shipping companies, intermodal logistics operators, agents and maritime agents, and the workers of the companies operating in the port..
